Figures are mounted on circular black marble bases, the bases mounted with bronze friezes depicting the art of sculpture. Condition is excellent. There are no missing elements in the bronze figures - you'll be happy to know that Mercury's caduceus is intact, a rarity. Nor are there any cracks or breaks in the marble bases. There are some "flea bites," small occlusions, in the marble, but certainly nothing out of the ordinary and nothing that one wouldn't expect to find in pieces of this age. If these little occlusions are a concern, I can certainly have them professional filled in. Please let me know. French, late 19th century Height: both figures about 28"/72 cm.
